HR CLEAN is the recycling and litter prevention education program of
Hampton Roads. A partnership through the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC).
This regional coalition of
local and regional clean community, recycling, and environmental education
coordinators, promote litter prevention, recycling, community beautification,
and general environmental awareness through educational projects designed to
reach all sectors of the Hampton Roads region.

THE BUTT STOPS HERE!!!
Keep Norfolk Beautiful (KNB), in partnership
with the City of Norfolk, local merchants and civic organizations, have launched
a new program this week to reduce cigarette litter at two of Norfolk�s busiest
shopping districts.

- Deconstruction Project
Fort Monroe is currently undergoing a major deconstruction project - over 40
buildings will be brought down piece by piece and all wastes will be reused!

Recycling Fund Advisory
Board helped develop and produce materials to support

Natural." campaign

about littering and its harmful impacts on the environment.
